ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The East Central Solid Waste Commission (ECSWC), will receive sealed bids for earthwork activities at the municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill, which includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment, and performing all Work required under the Bid Schedule. Work will include excavation of up to 400,000 cubic yards of soil, onsite material transport and stockpiling soil material for landfill operation use.
Onsite assessment is available to contractors by appointment. Landfill operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:15 PM. To schedule site visit, contact John Kellas by phone at 612-751-8221 or via email at ecswc.johnk@gmail.com.
ECSWC will receive bids until 4:00 p.m. on November 9, 2023. Bids should be submitted electronically to: ecswc.johnk@gmail.com. Sealed, mailed or hand delivered bids will be accepted at the ECSWC office: 1756 180th Ave, PO Box 29, Mora, MN 55051 Public Bid Opening will be at 4:05 PM on November 9, 2023 and they will be presented to the Board at the November 13 Meeting. Bid bond is required.
ECSWC reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. ECSWC also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder
